Day 1Islamabad - Chilas

In the morning, Explore Pakistan’s team will welcome you at the Islamabad International Airport. We will leave Islamabad and begin our journey passing through Battagram, Mansehra, and Shinkiari via the Karakoram Highway We’ll travel along the Indus River pass through the dam sites of Besham, Dasu, and Diamer-Bhasha. Overnight stay at Stay Chilas.

Day 2Chilas - Astore - Rama

We will drive from Chilas to Astore Valley and drive through villages along the Astore River. Then we’ll stop at the Astore Bazaar and begin sightseeing after which we can take a jeep and drive to Rama. We’ll drive towards Rama Lake and take a few camera shots as we’ll be able to view Nanga Parbat. Check in to a hotel in Rama and overnight stay will be here.

Day 3Rama - Tato - Fairy Meadows

After breakfast, we’ll walk in the grassland area near the Polo ground in the morning.
Once we’re done with that, we’ll take a jeep to Tato Village and drive back to Chilas. Here we’ll relax and have some lunch. After that, we will then hike up to Fairy Meadows and set camp to spend the night there.

Day 4Fairy Meadows - Nanga Parbat - Fairy Meadows

In the morning, we will enjoy a wilderness hike, at an altitude of approximately 13,000 ft. We will then have a short tea break in Biyal. After crossing the glacier and looking at the spectacular views of Nanga Parbat, we will capture some photos and continue hiking back to Fariy Meadows and spend the night there.

Day 5Fairy Meadows

This day will be much relaxing. We will be spending our time in Fairy Meadows. We will be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, along with sightseeing of peaks and lakes. We will spend the night in Fairy Meadows again. Distance: 2km / Duration: 2hrs / Altitude: 3,300 m / Activities: Sightseeing

Day 6Fairy Meadows - Gilgit - Islamabad

Early in the morning, Explore Pakistan’s team will drive and drop you off at the Gilgit Airport, where you will leave for Islamabad. You will be able to see the views of Bagrote, Rakaposhi, and Haramosh during your flight. You will then arrive in Islamabad.
